Single Ply Membrane Roofing

Single-Ply Membranes are sheets of rubber and other synthetic materials that are chemically adhered to insulation to provide a layer of roof protection for your commercial building. They can last over 30 years when taken care of properly. There are 3 main types of single ply membrane roofs:

EPDM Roofs (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
PVC Roofs (Polyvinyl Choloride)
TPO Roofs (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

Metal Roofing

Many of today’s low slope commercial metal roofs are made from corrugated galvanized steel. Copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and tin also are used in commercial metal roofing applications. Metal is one of the most durable roof materials to install on your commercial building, however, the initial investment is much higher up front than other commercial roof solutions.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing

There are two types of asphalt shingles Enertech installs: architectural asphalt shingles, and premium asphalt shingles.

Architectural Asphalt Shingles: Laminated with an additional asphalt layer and bonded with asphalt sealant, they have a more defined, structural look and are more durable and waterproof than three-tab asphalt shingles. They are also energy efficient while notably increasing the value of your home and they can last up to 50 years.

Premium Asphalt Shingles: As the name suggests, these are luxury versions of asphalt shingle roofing. Created to emulate high-end cedar or slate roofing, they are still about ten times cheaper.
